My name is Stacey Lynch and welcome to my professional school counselor webpage! I was a teacher for six years teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade in South Carolina. I was also an Early Interventionist helping young children with special needs prepare for school before becoming a school-based Yoga and Mindfulness teacher in 2020. In 2021, I became an elementary co-counselor at my previous school. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, karaoke, dancing, video and board games, and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I also enjoy taking our dog Layla to the dog park as well! During my teaching career, I acquired an understanding of students' lives that motivated me to a pursue training in school counseling. Children learn better when their needs are being met and they feel safe in their environment. It is my goal to be the advocate for my students and fostering a warm and positive learning environment for my students to grow and succeed in.
